Jocassee Medspa was founded by Patricia Zelano, a licensed Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years in medicine — from emergency and family practice to aesthetics, and earlier, as a Navy medical Corpsman. She built Jocassee to bring that same clinical rigor to wellness and aesthetic care.
The name comes from Lake Jocassee, the clear mountain lake just up the road. Like the lake, our care is meant to feel clean, calm, and restorative — and unmistakably of the Upstate.

Nurse Practitioner and Owner
My name is Patricia Zelano. I am a certified Nurse Practitioner in aesthetics, emergency, family practice and cardiology with over 25 yrs of experience. I am a veteran and served in the Navy as a medical Corpsman. I am so excited to be located in downtown Seneca. It is wonderful to provide my community with health, wellness and beauty services! I look forward to taking care of you!
Megan Woody
Esthetician
My number one goal is to help as many people as I can to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. I struggled with hormonal acne myself as a young teen, and that really amplified my love and passion for all things beauty. I have always loved playing in makeup, even as a little girl, but quickly learned that taking care of the skin beneath is crucial. In my free time I love to read, cook, and spend time with my friends and family (and fur babies). I aim to never stop learning, because there is always something new or improved in this industry, and I can not wait to share it all with you!

Hi! My name is Lee Calamas. Coming back to the Clemson area where my husband and I along with my children attended college has been a joy! I am excited to be a team member at Jocassee Hydration and Aesthetics. I am a Nurse Practitioner and have worked in the Primary Care setting for 30 years. Transitioning to Health, Wellness and Beauty along with being a Botox/Neurotoxin injector has been such a great experience. Learning and understanding alternative therapies for health has enriched and rejuvenated my overall approach to healthcare.

Hey y’all! My name is Liz. I am a registered nurse with bachelor’s degrees in both kinesiology and nursing, and a strong passion for wellness and aesthetics. I’m ACLS, BLS, and CCRN certified, and I’ve completed training and hold certification in Botox and dermal fillers.
I spent several years working as a travel nurse in the ICU, which gave me a solid clinical foundation, and I’ve also worked in Pre-Op and PACU. I’m currently in graduate school pursuing my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, allowing me to continue expanding my skills and scope of practice.

I am excited to bring my clinical experience and passion for aesthetics and wellness medicine to the Jocassee Hydration & Aesthetics team. Outside of work, I enjoy hot yoga, pickleball, and spending time on the lake with my son, Mac, and our Golden Retriever, Mandy.
